Summer 2025 session – June 25th to August 26th (9 weeks)
This class offers young participants a calming and grounding experience while helping them improve their flexibility and overall well-being. Through age-appropriate yoga postures, breathing exercises, and guided stretching routines, students will learn to better understand their bodies and release built-up tension. In a peaceful and supportive environment, they’ll enhance their concentration, balance, and posture—all while having fun.
